Excerpt from the Lotus Notes and Domino Release 5.0.10 MR fix list (available
at http://www.notes.net):
Calendaring & Scheduling - Repeating Calendar Entries
SPR# GFLY4EFJ3Z - Fixed a problem which caused repeating meetings to appear on
the original day after an invitee accepted a reschedule notice from the chair.
Supporting Information:
Steps To Reproduce Problem:
1. User A creates a repeat meeting for 10:00 am that repeats for 5 days, and
invites User B.
2. User B accepts the meeting, but then opens the 3rd of the repeat instances
and declines 'Just This Instance'. The meeting disappears from the Calendar
while the others remain.
3. User A receives the Decline for that meeting.
4. User A then reschedules this repeat meeting for 'All Instances' for 1:00 pm.
5. User B then opens the reschedule notice and accepts the meeting.
6. User B then opens the Calendar view, presses the F9 key, and sees three
entries on the first day of the repeat series. The first one says Decline and
the other two are duplicates. The second entry has duplicate meetings also.
The last three meeting dates disappear, but the time does change to reflect the
new time.
It does not matter whether User B declines with comments or not; when he opens
the reschedule the same thing happens.
